It is by working closely with their team of organizers that we were able to optimize the project so that they save money, maximize the experience for spectators and solidify their relationships with the various partners of the event.

Indeed, the first phase of the project was to assess the needs and find the best possible hardware options. We speak of course on the quality side but also on the budget side since some items are only useful for a few hours.

Given the many partners as well as the scale of the event, the mandate included several visuals, in several sizes on different materials. Our project management team made sure to do a good follow-up of the project with the various stakeholders while our production team was able to deliver on time, within budget, and this, while taking care to identify each item. to facilitate installation.

Our experience in event display is one of the strengths of our teams. We always encourage our clients to contact us at the very beginning of the organization of their event. We are thus able to properly advise the client, as well as his partners before all decisions are made. This allows us to choose the right materials according to the customer’s needs while optimizing the quantities of materials for the realization of the project.
